On National Tequila Day, it's only natural that you head to a patio to soak up the sun with Tequila cocktails in hand, or if you had a real bad day at work, shots. That's exactly what I did - went to the gorgeous patio party at Milagro Cantina on Queen West.
It was pretty much a Mexican fiesta when I arrived with my guest. I'm not surprised that Milagro decided to throw a party for National Tequila Day because they have a large selection of Tequila as well as a carefully thought out Tequila tasting menu.
The patio was bustling with festive music and hungry/thirsty crowds of people and it wasn't long until we all had a delicious cocktail in hand. The space is pretty big and equipped with comfortably cushioned seats. Oh, can I just say that I loved the little decor of potted cactus on the tables!

Who says tequila is only for those crazy black-out nights or national tequila day? There's always a reason to for a bit a tequila and to do so, head on over to Milagro Cantina. You'll have a whole new appreciation for their tequila, mezcals and cocktails when you do.
Staying in? No worries, you can impress your friends and family by creating one of my favourite drinks of the night, the Santa Sabina, at the comfort of your own home.
