LAUNCH | Introducing Jack Astor's New #WinterFling Craft Beers & Relationship-Worthy Dishes!

Baby, it's cold outside - so stay inside and head to Jack Astor's for their awesome new Winter Fling festival!  Running until January 19th, #WinterFling is a special holiday event that offers regional craft beers that they usually don't carry.  It's the perfect time to try them out, especially with the delicious food pairings like Asiago Shrimp & Smoked Mozza Ravioli *drool.

Five new craft beer offerings that you can find this holiday season at all Jack Astor's restaurants are below.  If you're a light beer drinker like me, go for the Mill St. Organic Lager!  I also like the Flying Monkey Hoptical Illusion Almost Pale Ale for it's smooth finish and sweet honey malts.

Here's some relationship-worthy dishes - perfect with your craft beer:

Cluckin' Chicken Dippers ($9.82) - golden brown, crispy and tender, these chicken pieces will be everyone's favourites. It's no wonder fried chicken is the perfect food pairing with a beer!

Asiago Shrimp & Smoked Mozza Ravioli ($16.74) - for those of you, like me, can't say no to pasta, could go for this yummy dish.  Mozzarella & basil stuffed ravioli with roasted & seasoned shrimp! Doesn't it sound heavenly?

Holiday Brie Chicken ($17.97) - nothing says holidays like gravy, cranberry sauce and mashed potatoes.  This dish has all of that with tender chicken breasts, toasted almonds, spicy pecans and creamy brie cheese.  If you need more than just turkey this holiday season, this is your best bet!

Cherry On Top Chocolate Trifle ($3.97) - this adorable dessert will cure any sweet tooth with delectable layerings of German chocolate cake, fluffy whipped cream, brandied cherries x 2, plus dark chocolate shavings!

Winter doesn't have to be about the dreary weather anymore!  Head to Jack Astor's this holiday season and try their new Winter Fling specials.  Let us know what your beer of choice was when you go and tweet us @foodsisterhood.
