Not to be confused with Toronto's premiere culinary event Toronto Taste (supporting Second Harvest's food rescue program), Taste of Toronto will be making its North American debut at Fort York this summer from July 24-27. Although the events are different, they seem to have one thing in common - Second Harvest will also be the official charity partner for Taste of Toronto.
Taste of Toronto joins the roster of many other taste festivals occurring all over the world in renowned cities such as Amsterdam, Sydney and Dublin just to name a few.
Not quite sure what to expect at this four-day food festival? For one, you can be sure that you'll get to sample some of Toronto's top culinary dishes with an impressive chef lineup. A $30 general ticket will only get you entry into the event and food and drinks will be additional costs.
We were lucky enough to be able to attend the official Taste of Toronto kick-off party to a taste of what this food festival will bring this summer!
