Spotlight on TORONTO!
Toronto's Celebrity Food Blogger is Melissa Ramos of Sexy Food Therapy (@sexyfoodtherapy).
This gorgeous lady is not only a nutritionist, acupuncturist and owner of Sexy Food Therapy Inc, she's a total foodie and a health expert, regularly on Toronto's talk show, The Social. Talk about being a Jill-of-all-trades! We have nothing but admiration and love for her as she thrives to make everyone feel sexy inside & out!
We asked her what her 3 favourite Thai Kitchen products were and the reason for them:
1. Full Fat Organic Coconut Milk
Melissa: It's so versatile and can be used as a drinking dairy alternative, in pasta dishes and desserts.
2. Green Curry Paste
Melissa: I love the difference in flavour from red to green curry. Green curry has those hints of cilantro, kaffir lime leaf and basil. It sort of like the yin and red curry would be the yang in flavour.

3. Red Curry Paste
Melissa: I love the heat and deep flavour of red curry paste. I love using it on meat dishes and various veggie dishes to give it a good kick.

You can definitely tell that she's a big curry fan, as are we! We couldnt't agree with her choices more.
