Taste of Thailand Cuisine - hidden gem in Etobicoke

I am a huge fan of Thai food.  It was my second time going to Taste of Thailand Cuisine for dinner and I forgot how delicious it was there!  Located by Dundas St West and Kipling in Etobicoke (just outside GTA Toronto), this place is always busy at lunch and dinner times.  It's definitely a local favourite for many.

The restaurant has a great atmosphere and the service is top notch - the servers are friendly, polite and doting to your needs.

How pretty is the lighting alone the windows?  Interior is modern, clean and welcoming.
We ordered their Lychee Martini for drinks - there's just enough alcohol and you get a lychee in it. The sweetness of the lychee was perfect with the drink itself.

After you order, they give you a basket of shrimp chips and a dipping sauce for it - I think it's peanut curry sauce?  There might be something else in it but I couldn't figure out what haha.

Of course we had to get spring rolls as well.  This was again amazing.  Perfect cooked springrolls!  They don't disappoint here.

We ordered Chicken Curry Pad Thai - basically the same thing as a classic Pat Thai, but with curry sauce. I like this over the regular as it's way more saucy and flavourful.  You can also order this with just veggies, tiger shrimp, beef, duck or lamb.  For all of their dishes, you can choose between those options - the flexibility is great for everyone.

Another order was the Pad Pak with Chicken, which is mixed veggies stir fried with garlic and Thai sauce.  This had both sweet & sour taste - a perfect combination.  You get jasmine rice with this dish.  Again, you are able to choose from vegetables only, chicken, beef, tiger shrimps, duck or lamb.

I would recommend this place for a romantic date or a girl's get together.  There's many authentic Thai dishes to try and share, not to mention the delicious drinks to go with them!

Side note: They have take-out menus too!
