REVIEW | Dundas Street Grille - a neighbourhood favourite in Etobicoke for brunch

This is actually one of my favourite brunch places to go for its family & home-y atmosphere, history and simplicity.  There's a lot of brunch restaurants these days with extensive and unique offerings but Dundas Street Grille has remained traditional, which I do appreciate.  It's truly a neighbourhood favourite as my family, friends and I have been going for years!

Located conveniently in the corner of Dundas St. W and Aukland (right by Kipling TTC Station), you'll always find a line during the weekend.  They have loyal customers that's been going there for years and years and also new customers that quickly fall in love with this gem of a place.

Their signature breakfast/brunch menu item is 'The Breakfast' that comes with 3 eggs, 3 sausage or bacon, potatoes, toast and tea or coffee.  All this for $6.95!  It's what we always get when we go there.  Here's some photos from various visits:

Poached eggs & sausages

Eggs over-easy & bacon

Brunch outings with our friends - their pan cakes are delicious here as well!

Another brunch outing with my family.

They have friendly & attentive servers, delicious food and with an old-school diner vibe that you'll appreciate.  I personally love that it's always bustling with people chatting and enjoying each others company.  If you're in need of a yummy breakfast, we suggest giving Dundas Street Grille a try - it'll quickly become your favourite too!
