REVIEW | Diwan restaurant at the Aga Khan Museum

Ah, the power of social media, or maybe it's just my #FOMO (Fear Of Missing Out) but I've noticed many visits to the Aga Khan Museum lately on instagram. I was obviously intrigued and curious about what this museum exhibits, so when I was invited for a lunch at the Diwan Restaurant located inside the museum, I didn't hesitate.

REVIEW | Bamiyan Kabob - a tasty Afghan dining experience in Mississauga

After trying out a bunch of new restaurants downtown through Summerlicious 2013, it’s time to go back to finding hidden gems in Mississauga. Much easier of a commute to eat, that’s for sure.
I’m pretty certain I can count the number of times I’ve tried Afghan food on one hand. I definitely enjoy it but it isn’t usually the first type of cuisine I think of when I want to go out for dinner. My friend suggested Bamiyan Kabob near Dixie and Eglinton.

Paramount Fine Foods - cheers to Middle Eastern food

The best thing about working downtown is there are so many different restaurants to try! You can choose from a variety of chain restaurants or unique one-of-a-kind restaurants. My friends and I decided to try out Paramount Fine Foods - they also have locations in Mississauga and North York as well!
